As a Treasury Management Officer (TMO) I within PNC's Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Merchant Services organization, you will be based anywhere within the PNC footprint. The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) I partners with the C&IB Relationship Manager, C&IB Treasury Management Officer and Merchant Services C&IB Account Executive to support an assigned portfolio of clients in the merchant services existing book of business as well as support assigned long-term client relationships. Candidates with prior merchant services experience, minimum of 5 years, is preferred. The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) I has the following duties: • Responsible for retaining and growing merchant services revenue with existing clients in their assigned book of business. Responsible for preparing contract amendments and extensions and renewals. • Conducts in-person account reviews and strategy planning sessions, coordinated with the C&IB partners.• Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow market share.• With direction, acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.• Handles the documentation of merchant services products and services.• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients. Actively identifies and mitigates different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their credit card processing needs. Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty. • Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively expand existing clients and enhance the client experience. Focuses on bringing entire bank to the client by presenting the full range of PNC's products and services. • Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify solution opportunities. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. Ensures awareness of the full range of PNC's products and services. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities. EducationBachelors CertificationsNo Required Certification(s) LicensesNo Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $112,125.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
