Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager International Tax with a strong background in public accounting and international taxation . This role offers high-impact advisory work with international clients, career growth into leadership, and exposure to complex tax planning strategies .

• Provide international tax compliance and consulting services , ensuring timely and accurate tax filings.
• Manage multiple engagements, tax return reviews, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Oversee billing, collections, and financial performance for engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior staff while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with risk management and quality control procedures .
• Represent the firm at industry events and professional networks.

• 8+ years of experience in international tax compliance and consulting .
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Advanced degree preferred).
• CPA or relevant professional certification .
• Strong expertise in US inbound taxation (foreign owners with US entities).
• Hands-on experience with corporate, S-corporation, partnership, and individual tax filings .
• Project management skills : scoping, budgeting, client relationship management.
• Proficiency in tax software ( Go Systems, BNA, Checkpoint, Bloomberg, etc. ).
• (Preferred) Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese with experience working with global clients.
