Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is the nation’s leading provider of non-medical, in-home care for the elderly in PACE programs. We are seeking compassionate Caregivers (PCA) to provide support to our senior population during Weekends! You will be responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible in the comfort of their own home. We have multiple positions available to aide participants who reside in Yuba City, Folsom, Shingle Springs, Placerville, Auburn, and surrounding areas! Our participants will be counting on your care each weekend Saturday-Sunday! Caregivers (PCA) Responsibilities: * Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transfer * Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up * Daily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trash * Communicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant’s condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency Caregivers (PCA) Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience * MUST be available Weekends (every weekend or weekends only needed) * Pass Criminal Background * Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing) * Pass Physical - TB Test * Reliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance * BLS/CPR/First Aid – (Conditions Apply) * Smart Phone and Email Address Caregivers (PCA) Benefits: * Family Focused Atmosphere * $100 Referral Bonus * BLS/CPR/First Aid – (Conditions Apply) * Flexible Hours and Shifts * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401 (k) for full-time caregivers Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00
