Job Title: Sit-Down Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $19/hr.

Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse / Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is not 100% forklift driving—approximately 40% of the position involves operating a sit-down forklift, with the remaining time dedicated to general warehouse and labor duties. Candidates must be flexible and willing to support overall warehouse operations. During the first two weeks, employees will focus on training and assisting with general warehouse duties. Forklift operation will begin only after full training and certification are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklift (approximately 40% of the role) once fully trained and certified
• Assist with general warehouse duties during training and as needed
• Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Organize and stage palletized products efficiently
• Perform general labor tasks including labeling, packing, and maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of sit-down forklift experience
• Receiving experience
• Order picking experience
• Experience organizing palletized products
• Must be comfortable performing general labor duties
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Additional Notes:

• Forklift operation will not begin until the employee is fully trained and certified
• Candidates must understand this role includes both forklift and general labor responsibilities
