Underground Wet Utilities Project Manager

Our Client is looking for a Underground Wet Utilities Project Manager . As a Project Manager you'll be at the forefront of exciting construction projects that keeps the water flowing. you will play a vital role in our construction projects, managing them from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track, and completing them on time and within budget. Each day, you leverage your expertise in construction management and oversee all phases of wet utility projects . they specialize in water, fire, storm drain, retention tanks, and StormTech.

Responsibilities:

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Develop project plans and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
* Monitor progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
* Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
* Manage risks and issues associated with the project.
* Identify potential areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
* Provide guidance to team members and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
* Any other duties that maybe assigned

Requirements:

* 5+ years of underground experience
* 5+ years of construction management experience
* Deep understanding of underground wet utilities and commercial contracting
* Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
* Familiarity with local codes and MAG specs and details
* OSHA 30 certification would be a plus
