Are You a Proven Solar Sales Closer?

We are searching for an  experienced solar sales professional with a minimum of 1-2 years of closing solar deals.  If you have a track record of converting warm leads into signed contracts and the skills to guide homeowners toward clean energy solutions, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting in-home or virtual consultations to educate homeowners on solar energy.
• Delivering tailored sales presentations that highlight savings and benefits.
• Overcoming objections and confidently negotiating to close deals.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Keeping accurate records of sales progress and customer interactions.

Who We’re Looking For:

• At least 1-2 years of proven success closing solar sales —this is non-negotiable.
• A strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Someone who thrives in a  fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.
• A skilled negotiator who can  handle objections and close high-value deals.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple clients at once.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
