Job Description: As a Remote Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will engage with our audience, build our brand, and drive traffic to our website through compelling content and targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer inquiries, and brand mentions, responding promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure performance and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our approach.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
