Position: ServiceNow Integration Engineer

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow's GRC (Government Risk and Compliance), IRM (Integrated Risk Management), and CAM (Continuous Authorization and Monitoring) solutions. This role ensures that organizational risk, compliance, and authorization processes are effectively supported through ServiceNow's platform.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and CAM modules to meet organizational needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within ServiceNow.
• Integrate existing governance, risk, and compliance processes into ServiceNow workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics for continuous monitoring.
• Ensure alignment with federal and organizational security frameworks, such as NIST RMF, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
• Provide technical leadership in assessing, implementing, and supporting risk and compliance automation.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and administrators
Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a security clearance.
• Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and/or CAM modules.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, continuous monitoring, and risk management standards.
• ServiceNow certification in GRC or IRM preferred.
• Independent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a customer service-oriented focus with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
