Job Description

Bottega Michelangelo in Tucson, AZ is looking for one server/waitress/waiter to join our 44 person strong team. We are located on 420 W. Magee. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Easter

• Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience.

• No Tip Pooling - Servers make an average of $40-50 per hour
