• Manage the daily and weekly bookkeeping and accounting tasks for multiple clients
• Daily AP, AR, Payroll, bank reconciliations, Keeper, and Dext review, payables runs via Bill.com or Melio
• Month-end close and books review
• Complete and manage various accounting-related projects for multiple clients
• Regular communication with clients to review their weekly accounting activities. Resulting in long-lasting solid relationships that make clients LOVE working with us

Qualifications:

• 5+ years working in an accounting or bookkeeping position
• QuickBooks Online experience is a must, and certification will be required
• Experience with Keeper, Dext, Bill.com, or SOS Inventory is a plus
• Experience with inventory management is a plus
• Proven success in a fully remote work environment
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Ability to self-organize and keep multiple projects on task while meeting deadlines and client expectations
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a virtual team
• Excellent planning, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate with clients and team members clearly and effectively
