Worship Warriors is seeking faith-based dance teachers and choreographers who are passionate about worship, excellence, and using movement as ministry. This role is designed for dancers who desire to lead with purpose, teach with clarity, and create Spirit-led environments where worship and skill intersect.

This position is more than choreography—it is an assignment to steward movement as worship and inspire dancers to glorify God boldly through dance.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach faith-based hip-hop choreography in an engaging and structured class environment
• Create Christ-centered, Spirit-led movement that encourages worship and freedom
• Lead classes with professionalism, humility, and confidence
• Select and use clean, faith-based, worship-focused music
• Encourage dancers spiritually while challenging them physically
• Maintain punctuality, preparation, and clear communication
• Foster a welcoming, respectful, and faith-filled atmosphere
• Dress modestly and model Christ-centered leadership

Qualifications

• Experience teaching and/or choreographing hip-hop dance
• Strong understanding of dance technique and class structure
• Personal commitment to the Christian faith and worship through movement
• Ability to teach dancers of varying ages and skill levels
• Professional, dependable, and ministry-minded
• Previous teaching or workshop experience preferred

Compensation

• Paid per class taught
• Opportunity for increased pay based on attendance
• Incentive bonuses available for dancer referrals

Schedule

• Classes and workshops scheduled on select dates
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
