Job Title: SAP Functional Team Lead Consultant

Scope of the project:

• Working under the direction of the SCEIS Security Team Lead, candidate will serve as a GRC Solution Architect for SCEIS.
• Candidate will provide functional and technical consulting services related to SAP software security administration methods and tools using GRC. Uses GRC to plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to streamline access request provisioning process, regulate access to data, and mitigate segregation of duties (SoD) risks.
• Candidate must have extensive knowledge of SAP Governance Risk and Compliance components, specifically Access Control 10.1/12.0.
• Candidate must have extensive hands-on functional knowledge of FI, HR, SRM, BW, and Fiori integration points and their related authorization objects within SAP.
• Candidate must have knowledge of SRM Organizational Structures.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

All within project schedules and other defined deadlines

• Provide knowledge of SAP Application Security and GRC system design/configuration.
• Uses GRC tools to plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to streamline access request provisioning process, regulate access to data, and mitigate segregation of duties (SoD) risks.
• Serve SCEIS Security Team as an SAP Security resource. Provide input around authorization changes via changing business requirements, system upgrades/enhancement packs, and other project support work, to ensure system application security measures are met.
• Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems as related to security. Resolves conflicts and system errors via a working knowledge of the integration with other SAP modules. Assists in the design of new functionality as additional requirements are identified by users and agencies.
• Candidate must provide knowledge transfer through formal documentation, peer to peer, and end-user training.
• Working with the SCEIS functional team members including but not limited to: FI, MM, SRM, HR, BW, and Business Objects.

• Performs other SCEIS project related duties as necessary to help ensure that overall project goals are met.

• Provide effective and timely oral and written communications to management, peers and end-users.
• Identify and escalate issues and risks to management in a timely manner.

Required Skills (*rank in order of Importance):

• 5+ years SAP Security experience
• 5+ years of SAP GRC experience
• 1+ full life-cycle SAP GRC implementation project
• BRF+ and MSMP configuration in GRC
• GRC Access Control 10.1/12.0
• Business acumen relating to SoD s and mitigating controls
• HR position-based security experience in ECC
• 3+ years Public Sector or large multi-divisional private organization experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Skills (*rank in order of Importance):

• Knowledge of web services
• Experience with GRC Fiori applications
• MS Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel)
