We are a fast-growing telephone triage service looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in both pediatric and adult care to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality telephone triage services to patients and caregivers, offering guidance and advice based on established protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care, especially during after-hours.
Handle a high volume of calls, demonstrating excellent multitasking skills and the ability to think quickly and effectively under pressure.
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of nursing experience, with a preference for experience in emergency departments (ED), call centers, or provider office triage settings.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or similar systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and patient-focused approach.
Compact nursing licenses are welcome, and additional state licenses may be required.
