Location & Work Arrangement

• City, State: Columbus, Ohio
• Work Arrangement: Onsite (Local Ohio candidates only).
• Contract Status: Contract Engagement.
• Interview Mode: Virtual or In-Person.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Design and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including the maintenance of existing codebases.
• Service Catalog: Lead the development of Service Catalog items and automated workflows.
• Troubleshooting: Debug complex platform and application issues using System Logs and browser-based debugging tools (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
• Data Integration: Handle comprehensive data conversions, including real-time/batch integrations, mapping, transformations, and mass updates.
• Collaboration: Participate in design reviews, conduct demos for stakeholders, and elicit feedback in an Agile project setting.

ServiceNow Client/Server (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Pages, Script Actions).

GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAjax, GlideAggregate, GlideDialogWindow.

Workflows

Building and managing custom ServiceNow workflows.

Web Tech

HTML, CSS, and AJAX development.

Role/group-based ACL configuration and debugging.
