Revenue Cycle Manager Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more

Revenue Cycle Manager Responsibilities:

• Define strategic objectives and implement improvements to systems and processes that support overall revenue cycle goals, profitability, and cash flow
• Lead, mentor, and develop the revenue cycle team
• Prepare and manage staffing and operations budget projections for the revenue cycle department

Revenue Cycle Manager Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Certified Revenue Cycle Executive certification (CRCE) is a bonus
• Must have previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Must have 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: change management, project management, and people management
