Regulatory Compliance Consultant

Are you a seasoned compliance professional looking to make a difference in the banking industry?

Vantage Point Solutions is seeking a talented Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join our growing team. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the upper Midwest states, with occasional travel.

What you'll do:

• Banking Regulatory Expertise: Provide expert guidance on a wide range of regulatory issues, including but not limited to: AML/CFT, consumer protection and fair lending.
• Compliance Audits: Conduct thorough compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and maintain effective compliance policies and procedures.
• Training and Education: Deliver engaging training programs to educate clients on regulatory compliance topics.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration AND five or more years of banking experience is required.
• Banking Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of banking regulations, including but not limited to: AML/CFT, consumer protection and fair lending.
• Certifications: CRCM, CCBCO, or CUCE certifications preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, technical writing, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
