Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:00PM (30-minute lunch)

Job Purpose:

The Team Associate achieves assigned production goals set by the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Upholds the Agency’s Core Values and Code of Conduct.
• Fosters and supports a person-centered thinking atmosphere.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Sweeps and cleans work area consistently.
• Cleans, organizes, and stickers equipment.
• Packs pieces for shipping according to company requirements.
• Adheres to safety regulations cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and the use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Environment:

• Fast-paced environment.
• Potential exposures to noise, temperature, fluctuations, and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires the ability to hear, see and talk/communicate.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50 pounds.
• May be trained to use a pallet jack or do simple computer work.
• Must be able to stand on feet for most of the day.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check including a sex offender check.
