GENERAL DESCRIPTION:The Policy and Planning Analyst III position contributes to the functions and responsibilities of the Planning Division of the State Construction Department (SCD). The Planning Division enables the annual cycle of facility planning to be completed in such a way that the SCD is able to apply processes by which the agency budget recommendations are prepared, and the expenditure of appropriated funds fulfills legislative intent. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (typically in Business)
Experience:
0-3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Business) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Policy & Planning Analyst I
OR
Education & Experience Substitution:
4-6 years of progressive work experience (typically in Business) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Policy & Planning Analyst I
