Sanitas is hiring a Full-Time Patient Experience Supervisor for our Jacksonville - Regency facility in Jacksonville, FL. This role supervises para-professional staff and focuses on enhancing patient experiences for all patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team to implement the patient experience strategy.
  • Manage customer experience improvement plans and monitor quality projects.
  • Develop quality metrics and conduct assurance assessments at medical centers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve patient complaints to identify root causes.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislative and policy requirements.
  • Provide ongoing coaching on customer service standards.
  • Assist in training, hiring, and developing Patient Experience Representatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in customer service or coaching, with an understanding of healthcare procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to work in teams and be available for weekend shifts.

Physical Demands: This position requires regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with specific vision abilities and exposure to various environmental conditions.
