A member of the Institutional Advancement team, the Advancement Associate at Moravian Academy is primarily responsible for data management, some event coordination, and facilitation of communications within the Advancement Department as well as with the broader school community.
This role is a “connector” and is a crucial, full-time position that reports to the Director of Institutional Advancement while supporting the work of the broader advancement team. The Advancement Associate will interact with school leaders, especially the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Chief Financial and Operations Officer, the Director of Human Resources, and the Director of Enrollment Management, and will assist in the management of our school data management software as it relates to those departments. The Advancement Associate office is located on the Downtown Campus in Bethlehem, PA.

Compensation and Benefits:
Moravian Academy salaries are competitive and based on years of experience and expertise. Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Academy’s benefit plans, which include an 8% retirement matching plan and the Group Medical and Prescription Healthcare Program. Tuition remission of 30% and additional need-based aid for tuition at Moravian Academy is available for the children of employees who qualify.
