Part Time Receptionist Description of the Role We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part Time Receptionist to join our team at Brad Deery Motors Inc in Maquoketa, Iowa. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and providing excellent customer service to our visitors and callers. This position will be available 08/01/25 and will be approximately 20 hours per week and will include some evenings and weekends. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings..
Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Requirements

Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using office equipment, such as telephone systems and computers.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Willing to work some evening / Saturday hours.

Compensation The compensation for this position ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
