Part-Time Marketing Specialist (Real Estate Recruitment)
Location: Ideally based in or near Raleigh, NC, but for the right candidate, this position can be 100% remote.
Are you a creative, detail-oriented marketer with a knack for recruiting and branding? We're seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to join our team, working approximately 20 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a flexible schedule.
You'll work closely with our CEO to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at attracting top real estate talent to join our growing team. With three recently published books to support your efforts, you'll have great tools to engage and inspire agents:

Compensation:
$25 - $50 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Copywriting & Email Marketing: Write engaging and effective copy for email campaigns and manage email marketing systems.
Direct Mail Coordination: Work with office staff to plan and manage physical mailings.
SMS Marketing: Oversee SMS campaigns to ensure timely and impactful messaging.
Digital Optimization: Enhance our website and YouTube channel for greater reach and engagement.
Graphic Design Management: Provide feedback on designs, make adjustments in Canva, and ensure all marketing materials are visually appealing.
Social Media Strategy: Create and manage paid and organic campaigns across all social media platforms.
Database Management: Maintain and organize a database of real estate agents, tracking interactions and candidate statuses to streamline recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who is highly skilled in technical and digital marketing tools, with experience in areas such as:
Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO
Email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp)
Social media advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
CRM and database management systems
Canva or other design tools
You should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have excellent communication skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns.
