Job Responsibilities:
Fractional CFO Client Management: Oversee client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.
Delegating and Managing Staff: Lead a team by effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance.
Financial Statement Preparation and Review: Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy.
Investor and Bank Compliance: Ensure compliance with investor and bank requirements.
Audit Assistance: Provide support during audits to facilitate a smooth process.
Tax Consulting: Offer expert advice on tax matters to clients.
Qualifications:
Education: CPA preferred, or a Master's degree in Accounting/Finance.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in accounting or consulting, with at least 2 years in tax.
Skills: Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing financial data.
