We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Technical Services Analyst to join our team. This role involves working on-site with clients across multiple locations, both within and outside of Orange County .
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a strong interest in technology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering great customer service. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates looking to start a career in IT and technical support.
Install, configure, calibrate, and test IT equipment and peripherals
Monitor system operations to identify and resolve potential issues
Perform software and system integrations, as well as hardware troubleshooting
Support technical “dress rehearsals” and other project readiness efforts
Conduct basic data analysis as required
Manage user accounts and basic operating system functions (Windows 7 and above)
Ensure optimal operation of technical equipment through regular monitoring and maintenance
Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills
Hands-on technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies
Basic understanding of desktop support, including peripherals and related processes
Foundational knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
Excellent troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to travel within the United States for technical projects
Note: No prior professional experience is required. Training will be provided.
1+ years of experience with a B2B service provider (optional)
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+)
A reliable personal vehicle is required for this role
Mileage reimbursement will be provided
