**Description** **Specialization:** Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation **Job Summary:** Looking to add an interventional pain or spine physiatry physician to well established PMR group in Nashville, TN. **Qualified Candidates:** + Board certified or board eligible in physiatry required + ACGME pain medicine or NASS interventional spine fellowship required + Physiatry pain management board certification required + Interest in developing new physiatry GME program beginning in July 2025 + Willing to provide inpatient rehabilitation coverage in hospital floor adjacent to office whenever necessary + Awareness of CMS rehab regulations, CARF, and Joint Commission standards **Incentive/Benefits Package:** + Join established, well respected, and patient centered group + Physiatry core or teaching faculty responsibilities available + Competitive compensation package with aggressive bonus structure + Advanced Practice Provider support in outpatient setting + Additional weekend coverage bonus incentives available + Practice has multiple locations throughout Nashville with fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and EMG available for use + Position will be primarily interventional spine driven with potential to assume outpatient medical directorship position **About Premier Pain and Spine Center and TriStar Skyline Medical Center:** + Private practice with Premier Pain and Spine Center. Includes employment contract and home base at HCA Healthcare's TriStar Skyline Medical Center Rehab Center and Centennial Medical Center + TriStar Skyline Medical Center's inpatient rehab facilities are newly renovated with excellent support staffing.
