Job Posting Title: Graphics Support Associate

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)

What does a successful Graphics Support Associate do?

This position is responsible for performing broad and challenging professional graphic artist tasks to support the production of credit and debit cards, related paper products, sales support and Fiserv promotional publications, visual aids, and other related projects.

What you will do:

• Perform broad and challenging professional graphic artist tasks mainly in the PC environment.
• Analyze and evaluate project work with multiple departments to resolve project issues.
• Work independently without supervisory or technical help after receiving initial instruction.
• Interpret oral and written instructions to complete detailed and complex project work by required deadline.
• Compose clear and concise email communication to internal and external clients.
• Interact with all areas of the business, as needed, to ensure the clients' needs are handled successfully.

What you will need to have:

• 2- year degree in graphic design/technical illustration, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with MAC and PC platforms, with an emphasis on Creative Cloud programs such as: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro

What would be great to have:

• Closely related experience in graphic design and/or print production.
• Knowledge in color and use of color in different production method
• A team player that works well with others but can also work independently.
