Qualifications: Qualifications • The ideal candidate would be a natural salesperson, must have at least 3 years of sales experience in these industries, and can follow certain sales processes and steps to achieve goals. • This candidate must have a pleasant demeanor, strong analytical and leadership skills, common sense, good communication skills, be honest, conscientious, naturally friendly, likable, and enjoy working with all types of people.  • You must be professional, have integrity, be a self-starter, extremely organized, detail-oriented, a problem solver, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.  • Our most successful sales associates possess a positive “Make it happen” attitude while keeping calm under pressure, and all of our best salesmen are motivated for success and to maximize their commissions. • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite and Internet are necessary. • Candidates will be measured on their experience, their ability to close deals, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Consistent follow-up and follow-through is an absolute requirement of this position and an integral part of this position requiring the candidate to be enthusiastic about Customer Service, conflict resolution, solving problems, and growing sales.
