**⚡ Industrial Generator Technician - Single & Three Phase** **Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually + Large Year-End Bonus** **Location: Coconut creek FL** **About the Role** We are seeking a skilled **Industrial Generator Technician** to join our emergency response and infrastructure support team. This position is vital to ensuring reliable power for mobile emergency shelters and large-scale operations. You'll be responsible for full troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial generators, with opportunities for travel and significant overtime. **Key Responsibilities** + **Perform full troubleshooting** on single-phase and three-phase industrial generators. + **Conduct repairs, maintenance, and inspections** to ensure optimal performance. + **Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues** quickly and effectively. + **Support mobile emergency shelter operations** by ensuring power reliability. + **Travel to job sites** (potentially up to two weeks in a row) to provide on-site service. + **Document service work** and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards. **Qualifications** + **5+ years of experience** working with large industrial generators. + **Expertise in single-phase and three-phase systems** . + **Strong troubleshooting skills** across electrical and mechanical systems. + **Ability to travel extensively** and work overtime during deployment weeks. + **Valid driver's license** and clean driving record. + **Technical certifications** in generator repair or electrical systems (preferred). **Compensation & Benefits** + Competitive salary range: **$70,000 - $80,000 annually** + **Large year-end bonus** tied to company and individual performance + **Overtime opportunities** during travel weeks (significant earning potential) + **Comprehensive benefits package** including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans + **Career growth opportunities** within emergency logistics and power systems This posting emphasizes the **hands-on technical expertise** and the **travel/overtime earning potential** that will attract candidates who thrive in high-demand, mission-critical environments. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Coconut Creek, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
