**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** This role involves being part of a dynamic team where members are trained to operate machines and perform general labor tasks related to tire processing. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery as part of the tire processing workflow. + Engage in general labor tasks in the production environment. + Assist in assembly and production tasks. + Utilize hand tools effectively to ensure quality in production. **Essential Skills** + Experience or willingness to learn machine operation. + Ability to perform general labor tasks. + Understanding of production processes and assembly work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general production is advantageous. + Proficiency in using hand tools. **Work Environment** You will work in a production facility where machines and hand tools are regularly used. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
