**Job Title: Exterior Framer** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Framer/Exterior Specialist with a focus on stucco to work on the exterior of a complex. The role involves patching stucco, replacing wood as needed, and performing light painting tasks. **Responsibilities** + Patch and repair stucco on the exterior of buildings. + Replace and repair wood structures as necessary. + Perform light painting tasks. + Collaborate with a team to refurbish vacant apartments. **Essential Skills** + Experience with wood and stucco repairs. + Ability to perform general labor tasks. + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Knowledge of finish carpentry and rough carpentry. + Experience with drywall and painting. + Ability to work with metal studs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Electrical and plumbing knowledge. + Mechanically inclined. + Experience in construction and cabinetry. + Ability to use a tape measure effectively. + Willingness to learn and a positive attitude. **Why Work Here?** Once converted to a full-time employee, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package. You will be working in teams of two, refurbishing vacant apartments. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fullerton, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
