Food Production - Processing Prep

Hourly Rate: $16.30/hour /$250 Sign-on BONUS!

Eligibility for a $250 reward on a quarterly basis

Shift:  Monday - Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm and Friday - Sunday, 5:00am-3:00pm

In this Processing role with our Production Team, you will:

• Prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
• Safely utilize a variety of utensils including knifes
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines
• Help keep the production facility clean and organized
• Follow all safety, GMP, and QSF policies/procedures

Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Previous experience in kitchen, food prep, or food service related work preferred
• Knowledge of various food prep methods, proper knife handling, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage preferred
• Able to stand and work for long periods of time (10 hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stay organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
