Job Description

We are seeking a Flight Coordinator to join us, a leader in helicopter services. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of the Part 135 helicopter Charter Division, reporting directly to the Charter Flights Director. You'll focus on growing charter sales, optimizing fleet use, and exploring new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage helicopter charter bookings, quoting, and scheduling.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients.
• Create tailored itineraries for luxury travel.
• Coordinate with pilots and teams for seamless service.
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle inquiries.
• Assist with backup transportation and marketing efforts.
• Ensure FAA compliance and complete necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in charter sales/support within Part 135 operations.
• Strong client service skills and FAA regulation knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Suite; flexible schedule.

Preferred:

• Experience in luxury charter sales.
• Aviation safety and compliance training.
