We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery, including excavator, skidloader, loader, roller, and various other equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

Duties:

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and skidloaders.
• Use equipment to dig trenches for underground water, sewer, and storm sewer systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment. Minimum 2 years experience. Recommend knowledge for underground utilities.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Would like CDL if possible.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Highly recommend the ability to read plans, set up laser, and check grade.
