    Digital Product Designer II Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia.The annual base salary for this position ranges from $82,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $185,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Nike Digital Product Design executes thoughtful design solutions for business and consumer problems at scale. We craft the overall form and function of our digital products — defining the user experiences and interfaces for Nike’s internal and consumer-facing experiences. Who you’ll work with You’ll be part of the Retail & Digital Service team, where our mission is to enhance customer loyalty by crafting exceptional consumer- and internal-facing digital experiences. We’re responsible for the capabilities that power the world’s most-loved consumer experiences for every athlete* everywhere. You’ll work closely and collaboratively with an extended group cross-functional partners including product managers, engineers, retail business and customer care business partners, program and operations partners, researchers and fellow designers. Together, you will explore and analyze business needs, feature specifications, and user requirements, transforming them into insightful and impactful design solutions.     • 3+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end digital product design with experience in visual and UX
    • A bachelor’s degree or higher in design or related field (UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Well-versed in typography, layout and composition
    • Ability to design polished work that represents the Nike brand through visual comps, wireframes and prototypes
    • A strong attention to detail
    • Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise
    • Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process
    • Strong collaborator with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers and marketers
    • Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Principle and Keynote
    • Cross-platform design experience (web, Android, iOS, emails)
    • Good at presenting your work; learning to communicate design intentions and the gravity around ideas
    • Passion for the Nike brand, sport and for creating high-quality work
    • A fascination with innovation and technology and a solid understanding of digital tools and trends
    • Experience with the particulars of designing for digital/physical experiences
    • UI motion design experience with tools like After Effects
    • Familiarity with 3D, AR & VR is a plus

    • Designing incredibly polished work that represents the Nike brand and product experience through visual comps, wireframes, flows and prototypes
    • Rapidly iterating on design concepts-from initial briefing through final delivery
    • Independently managing tasks and communicating timelines to stakeholders
    • Working closely with and across a team of producers, product managers and fellow designers
    • Inspiring new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems
    • Assisting in evangelizing the Nike brand and Nike design culture internally
