Welcome patients, manage check-in/out, verify demographics & insurance, collect co-pays.
Prepare/scan IDs, insurance cards, and forms; maintain accurate EHR charts.
Answer phones, schedule/reschedule, manage reminders, route messages.
Support front office operations and the Office Manager (records, filing, new chart setup).
Help room patients as needed; maintain clean, organized reception and common areas.
Follow PPE, sanitation, and privacy protocols.
MediClear (or equivalent HIPAA compliance certification).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Word & Excel; comfort with EHR/medical software.
Polished communication, customer service mindset, dependable and organized.
Medical front office/dermatology experience and familiarity with medical terminology & insurance.
Bilingual a plus.
