SAIC is seeking a  Defensive Cyberspace Operations Planner to join our team and support MARFORCYBER's CCSSIII program. The ideal candidate will have experience with defensive cyberspace operations, Joint Planning Process , development and assessment of doctrine, strategy, plans, and concepts of operations.

This position is onsite at  Fort Meade, MD . 

Key Responsibilities:

• • Define and develop operational frameworks (e.g., CONOPs and contingency plans) supporting both current and future missions/initiatives.
  • Develop plans, create document outlines, provide research on supporting concepts, integrate operational content, synthesize assigned stakeholder inputs, edit final documentation, and coordinate stakeholder review and validation.
  • Support operational requirements and service cyber components enabling theater and global cyber operations.
  • Maintain awareness of current and developing cyber threats, tactics, procedures, and vulnerabilities that have the potential to impact the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) 
  • Providing technical research, analysis, and recommendations for MARFORCYBER to develop cyberspace COAs, CONOPs, and TTPs in order to support cyberspace operations and long-range/deliberate planning efforts 
  • Support the planning, facilitating , and attendance of working groups and conferences to in order to facilitate discussions that produce measurable actions and results 

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Required skills:

• Cyberspace Operations planning experience.
• Marine Corp planning process and/or other Military Planning Process.

Required clearance:

• TS/SCI w/ CI polygraph is  required . Polygraph MUST be dated within the last five years.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
