Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our retail sales operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual or bilingual, and have a solid understanding of retail sales and customer service principles. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales expertise while contributing to the overall success of our retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members of the team to identify where help is needed.
• Maintain a great rapport with clientele and vendors.
• Run B2B reports (spreadsheets and catalogues) and synthesize information to assist with pricing consistencies and updates.
• Interface with various databases for company review.
• Review publications and news to keep the team current on price variations.
• Assist in scheduling and ordering.
• Assist with payables and billing.
• Performs other ad hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or similar experience.
• Experience working in customer service roles.
• Comfortable using a computer and ability to learn new proprietary software.
• Knowledge and experience using excel.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Proactive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
