Program Overview

About The Role

Peraton seeks a Data Analyst to collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to discover useful information, suggest conclusions, and support data-driven decision-making. Location:  Fort Eisenhower, GA.  In this role, you will use descriptive statistics, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and/or inferential statistics, to interpret and understand the patterns and behaviors within data. 

Tasks include:

• Conduct analysis supporting ARCYBER staff and cyber operations
• Integrate disparate platforms and system data inside enterprise for data-driven decisions
• Assist staff with assessments (readiness, campaign support plan, etc)
• Support the Analytic Superiority Task Force efforts for enterprise-wide analytics development
• Uses data mapping, data mining and data transformational analysis tools to design and develop databases
• Determines data storage and optimum storage requirements
• Prepares system requirements, source analysis and process analyses and design throughout the database implementation
• Writes and tunes SQL queries for performance and scalability
• Implements comprehensive backup and database replication solutions

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 3 years with MS/MA; or PhD, Will consider HS+9 years of experience.
• Must have direct technical and planning experience with BDP and its implementation, financial management, and development within AWS GovCloud.
• Must have technical implementation and planning experience with Army DevSecOps process, Community DevSecOps (CDSO) pipeline approvals, agile development planning and implementation, Army acquisition process, data engineering, and BDP data ingestion.
• Must have a strong background in cybersecurity domain data due to the key support as the SME in data ingestion, working closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and engineering counterparts to design pipelines, and onboard new data sources for customer.
• Must have experience with providing detailed technical communication with leadership of all levels and prepared to represent ARCYBER interests in joint and internal Army objectives as it relates to the implementation and integration of the ARCYBER BDP.
• Must have experience with BDP product owner and ARCYBER enterprise on the integration of data-related enterprise initiatives supporting DoDIN Ops and DCO.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain/maintain Polygraph and MEAD clearance.
• U.S Citizenship Required.

Details

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
