Job Posting: Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will provide essential support to Project Managers by managing project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

About the Role:

• Project Coordination: You will maintain document control and database management, track project activities, and coordinate team communications to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Data Management: You will have strong data entry and analysis skills and be proficient in managing large datasets.
• Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project files.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Professional: You have at least 2 years of experience in project administration or construction coordination.
• Data-Driven: You have a strong background in data analytics and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Organized & Efficient: You are highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
• A Strong Communicator: You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on construction projects, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with AT&T projects.
• Experience with financial reporting or analysis.
• Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Additional Info:

• Term: This is a 6-month temp to perm opportunity
• Pay Range: $27.00 - $31.25 per hour depending on prior experience
