This role is part of the Lunar Transportation business unit, which develops Blue Origin’s multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedication and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. We are looking for a fluid system engineer for our Lunar Lander for NASA’s Artemis mission. Work will include the complete life cycle of from requirements definition, analysis, design, development, assembly, verification, and operation on the moon! As part of a hardworking team of diverse engineers, you’ll be responsible for performing trade studies, deriving requirements, managing procurement, testing, and integration of heat exchangers into the Lunar Lander’s fluid system. A successful candidate will have a strong fundamental understanding of cryogenic fluid systems and demonstrated familiarity designing components which operate in multiphase flow regimes.
