Job Posting: Business Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and action-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Administrator . In this role, you will manage daily business activities, including invoicing, client follow-up, forecasting, and reporting, while assisting with collections and project management. You will collaborate closely with the  Manager to ensure smooth operations and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day service center business, accounting, and project activities
• Verify customer orders, assign cost estimates, and process acknowledgments
• Prepare and issue client billing, monitor collections, and resolve payables issues
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Oversee project tasks such as database maintenance, purchase orders, and reporting
• Support troubleshooting and basic IT administration

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in business, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of service center or accounting experience, with proficiency in Oracle and MS Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
