Florence Coffee co is looking for multiple baristas to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Hiring for multiple shifts at our Missoula locations.

-Brooks & South Reserve locations:

Responsibilities

• -Serving customers
• -Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• -Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• -Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• -Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• -Accurately handle cash register operations

Qualifications

• -High integrity with a great attendance record
• -Strong attention to detail
• -Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• -Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment
• -Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
