About the role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will come from a creative agency background and have a proven track record in managing influencer marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at client relationships, and has hands-on experience working with lifestyle brands. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. * Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and brand positioning. * Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from sourcing and negotiating to content approvals and performance tracking. * Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and strategy to deliver integrated marketing solutions. * Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. * Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key industry stakeholders. * Ensure all campaigns meet KPIs, budget constraints, and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards. Minimum requirements: Qualifications & Experience * 3+ years of experience in account management within a creative agency environment. * Strong background in influencer marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns from start to finish. * Proven experience working with lifestyle brands, understanding their audience and marketing needs. * Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships. * Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing best practices. * Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform campaign decisions. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution.
