  Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Lawton, OK

Employment Type: Full-Time (36 hrs/week)

Our client is a 265-bed regional referral center dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. They are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages while contributing to a supportive and professional healthcare environment. Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $30 - $38.82 per hour (based on experience; shift differentials & Clinical Pathway available)
• Starting Bonus: $6,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation Assistance: $2,000 for candidates relocating to Lawton, OK (must obtain a new Lawton address; excludes surrounding areas like Elgin and Cache)
• Shift: Days or Nights available(12-hour shifts), weekend rotations required

Job Summary
The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans for patients requiring critical care. The role requires leadership in maintaining professional nursing standards, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the delivery of quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans
• Provide leadership in maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice
• Deliver care to a diverse patient population
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Minimum Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or Compact Nurse License
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or higher
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in an ICU or similar setting
• Current or willingness to obtain BLS and NIH certifications

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience working in a critical care or emergency setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care
