Job Title: Workday Project Manager (Epic Workday Integrations)

Primary Location: REMOTE

Position Type: Contract (6-12 months)

The expected salary range for this position is $65/hr - $100/hr W-2 or C2C depending on (Market Rate) and depending on experience and qualifications. Overview



Workday Project Manager Epic/Workday Integrations. This is a REMOTE long term contract engagement. This role is open due to a Workday implementation. Qualified candidates will have experience working as Project Manager Leading Workday/Epic Integrations for large healthcare providers, ideally from a hospital env.



What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)

• Epic and Workday integration experience with strong experience of leading Epic integration projects.
• Epic Revenue Cycle (primary knowledge set, ideal to have build experience/ability)
• Epic Materials Management (some knowledge ideal)
• Epic Integration points and dependencies related to ERP
• Workday Implementation experience
• Exceptional project management skills

• Coordination of analysis and discovery of Epic system changes needed to accommodate Workday program changes
• Quantification of work to plan for resource needs and task assignment
• Work planning around integration, restamping/recalculating and other Epic changes needed due to strategic decisions
• Documentation of comprehensive scope with identified operational impacts and dependencies
• Creation of comprehensive project plan coordinated to the Workday timeline, identification of shared milestones and areas of bandwidth concern
• Task management for the team and escalation of off-track areas and barriers
• Coordination with other teams (incl vendors) for dependent and collaborative work
• Coordination of meetings related to ownership areas with appropriate attendees, agenda, and captured meeting notes/follow ups
• Organizing the team to:
  • Define validation and testing needs for each ownership area and tracking to completion
  • Define and manage conversion and readiness activities for their respective areas
• Documentation and artifact management/maintenance including project plan, task lists, decisions and parking lot
• Status reporting through program leadership and executive communication as needed
• Activation planning and support
• Tool and process creation (as needed)
