Job Description

This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate is competitive self-starts that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within the organization. The candidate must be confident making warm calls each day, working with people, generating interest, qualifying prospect, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate consistently with hundreds of union members to schedule virtual appointments 
• Prepare for virtual meetings with clients through Zoom by completing company background research and other pertinent union information
• Identify client's needs and provide reports to management
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Ability to work independently and with a team remotely
• Attention to detail and accuracy
