Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and reliable Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Window Tint Installer to join our growing team in Saskatoon. This is a mobile and shop-based role that requires travel between locations, so a valid driver's license and strong time management are musts. The right candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience, can work independently, and is committed to high-quality workmanship. Wage plus commission structure available.

We are willing to train the right candidate but require a 2 year min contract for the employee to sign.
Responsibilities:
•

• able to talk and communicate with customers and co-workers • ability to get jobs done in a timely manner • always on time or early and prepared to work on time
• ensure equipment and tools are ready for the job at hand (before the job start)
• Assess windows before the job is to take place
• Install PPF and window tinting on a variety of vehicles following company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (van and/or shop)
• Travel between job sites as required, including residential and dealership work
• Communicate job details effectively and provide excellent customer service
• Follow job checklists and procedures precisely to ensure consistent quality
• Capture before/after photos and upload job details in company software
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license required
• Good hand dexterity and physically fit are required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer satisfaction skills
• Minimum 3 years experience in both PPF and window tinting (automotive focus)
• Ability to work in Canada legally (citizenship, PR, or valid work permit)
• Able to follow detailed systems and protocols
• Dependable, self-motivated, and quality-driven
• Must be comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and communication
