Renewal by Andersen the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation is seeking an In-House Window Installer to join our dynamic team inCentral Pennsylvania. Position Overview
As an In-House Window Installer youll provide customers with high quality window and door installation and/or service while maintaining positive customer relations. This role is essential to the customers home improvement journey and contributes directly to department and company goals. Key Responsibilities

• Install new products following company guidelines and instructions from your manager.
• Provide excellent customer service during installations and service visits aim for top satisfaction scores.
• Make sure all materials and paperwork are ready before each job including checking your vehicle inventory.
• Complete and turn in all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Keep your manager and coordinator updated on service results and whats needed for follow-up.
• Collect service fees from customers and help set up displays or marketing materials when needed.
• Show up on time look professional and be flexible with changing schedules.
• Keep learning and improving your skills to stay up to date with the job and industry.

What Were Looking For

• Able to lift and move heavy materials safely
• Handy with tools and eager to learn new skills
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Has 2 years of experience in construction or window/door installation
• Comfortable working at heights (roofs ladders)
• Reliable punctual and team player
• Confident driving trucks and trailers (MVR check required)
