Job Description

Salary: 52,000 - 66,560 USD per year Requirements:

2-5 years of hands-on experience in web, email, and visual design.
Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-commerce systems, preferably a headless CMS.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Proven experience managing multiple projects from inception to completion in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients and stakeholders to scope projects and manage expectations.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Familiarity with WordPress, Salesforce, and ContentStack is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile (e.g., Scrum, sAFe) and/or Lean methodologies is a plus.
Understanding of design systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

I will create designs and content versioning to optimize website and email experiences.
I will fix back-end issues on the website and email to improve user experience.
I will prepare web assets, assemble pages, and publish content.
I will translate all content for deployment to global websites and marketing emails.
I will advise on the use of current and future UI components to drive efficiency.
I will partner closely with digital marketing to continually optimize content based on data and insights.
I will meet content publishing deadlines while ensuring the quality of craftsmanship.
