Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hire and lead a team of hourly employees to support the business operation.
• Accomplish goals while focusing with utmost importance on Safety, maintaining high employee morale, and employee engagement.
• Develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily production plans.
• Drive daily schedule attainment to meet all internal and external customer commitments.
• Develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy to improve safety, service, and quality, while reducing cycle times, costs, and in-process inventory levels.
• Lead improvement project initiatives with a Lean focus.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross functional leadership team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing/leadership experience and training.
• Ability to build and lead a team through change.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Six Sigma or equivalent quality training.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Strong understanding of business processes in a service environment.
• Ability to manage contract resources.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Employee is regularly required to stand, walk and sit throughout the work day.
• Employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
• Employee is required to use mobile equipment at times.
• Employee is regularly required to wear required PPE.
• Employee is required to be on site to supervise employees.
• Requires daily face-to-face interaction with employees on production line.

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment

Annual salary, depending on experience is $70,000 to $80,000.
